Guided Meditations
Here are several guided meditations for you. I hope you find them helpful on your path.
Meditation is best done with a group of people (sangha) or a teacher. Though meditation is widely used and well-supported as a tool for well-being, it is not a benign activity. Sometimes, people have uncomfortable and/or negative experiences with meditation. Having a balanced view of the risks and benefits of meditation is part of the journey.
